Also, I want to run Facebook ads to direct users to WhatsApp. Besides verifying WhatsApp in Facebook Business Manager, do I also need to complete company verification on Facebook? Thank you.

To automatically send an image plus text when a user enters WhatsApp, just create a Flow in ManyChat and use:
Text block for your message
Image block for your picture (you can place the image before or after the text depending on preference)
Regarding ads — you can run Facebook/Instagram Click-to-WhatsApp message campaigns without completing Meta Business Verification.

I am verifying my WhatsApp in Facebook Business Manager. It shows as “not verified,” but when I click the “not verified” and try to receive the verification code, the system notifies me that this WhatsApp is already linked. I’m confused — does this mean the system is reviewing my WhatsApp and I just need to wait? Thank you.
Sorry, this feature is not currently available. When the bot asks the user to enter their address, and they share a map link instead, that link will be saved in a Custom Field. You’ll then need to manually check the address from the map link.
Remove the number from the account and try connecting WhatsApp directly from ManyChat again.
you mean users share their address in map but i will get an address link not the map address. i need to manually check the address in URL, right?
