How to connect chatbase to manychat with make.com properly?

Hi everybody,

I want to connect chatbase to my manychat account to set up a smart chatbot for Instagram and Facebook Messenger. I am using make to connect them all.

I created 2 automations in manychat and it works fine if the user only sends one message: chatbase replies but if the user asks for something else, the user's 2nd message is ignored, the chatbot (chatbase) doesn't reply.

I would like to make chatbase carrying on the conversation. chatbase works fine on my website as a javascript widget. So I guess I am doing something wrong on Manychat and Make?

Anyone has an idea to connect an AI agent to my social networks DM able to have a conversation and try to sell it instead of giving only 1 reply?
I watched a popular tutorial from Joren Wouters on Youtube.

I missed something and I need the help of a Manychat Expert, please. Thanks.

In Chatbase, to manage memory you need to do it manually by adding the messages on the request.

It's a bit tricky, but I've solved it using Manychat + Chatbase directly, without needing Make.
