how to connect existing whatsapp number

Hey we try to connect existing Whatsapp Business app account to Manychat by “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence”.

We added the number on Meta business and it’s ok. but when we choose here “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence” and than select the number from the dropdown there is an error “your whatsapp business account is currently limited. choose a different account or fix the issues” and also there is a button “send an error report to Manychat”

please help us, we already try even with a new number but no luck
