I'm creating a flow on ManyChat where I ask customers questions to collect information and then recommend products that suit them. However, when I preview it on Messenger, it sends a series of questions all at once without waiting for the customer's response. How can I ask customers one question at a time, wait for their response, and then move on to the next question after collecting the information?

You need to use the Data Collection option. This way, the flow will send a message and wait for a response, just as you want it to.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the correct option is marked with number 1. Once selected, you can adjust some settings, such as saving the response to custom fields or choosing whether the response should be text or a number. To do that, click on the option marked with number 2.

You can also use multiple choice questions & provide them with common responses, that way you can use conditions to be able to populate your last mask recommendation response that is populated based on their answers.
