How to create a rule in the segment of automatization

I want to create a rule in automatizations but i dont see where i can create that, i was searching and it looks i have to activate rules but i dont know where, can you help me please

​@Palmezanobmx if you go to Settings > Display, you can enable to show the ‘Rules’ section on your Automations tab:

 

Then, go to Automations > Rules and you can create new rules there.

You can also add Rules to the starting step of automations as triggers.
