I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.

After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.

I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly.

But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.

I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support.

Hey @Kale
I hope that the issue doesn’t exist anymore!

But, in case that the error persists, this is you have to do:

1º Create a new account and connect your correct Google account.

2º Go to your older account → settings (general)  → Click on “transfer” and add your newest Manychat account

3º Give to the newest account the “owner” role.

This way, you have connected your Google account and the Instagram account at the same Manychat account.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to disconnect you Google account from Manychat.
