Good morning everyone, I need your help. I want to disable the ManyChat AI Assistant, but I don’t want to turn off AI completely because I use it inside my flows as specific instruction blocks.

What I do want is to stop the Global AI from replying out of context and confusing customers — it’s ruining my automation by pulling users out of the flow. I only want AI responses when there’s an AI block inside my automation.

I’ve also configured it so that after each response, it should show the menu options again, but when the Global AI takes over, it ignores the flow and breaks the sequence, costing me a lot of sales.

Could you please tell me how to disable it? I tried turning off the AI package, and while it stopped responding in the wrong way, I also couldn’t update my automations because it seems that package is required for using AI blocks too.

I really need your help — I’ve searched everywhere and I can’t figure out what to do.
