how to disable old instagram connection

Some time in the past, I tried using many chat, I didnt like it, and deleted the account. for some reason the connection still worked. I dont remember how but I got it to stop doing its thing, and now, in the last 2 days it started responding on my instagram, when I tried to log in to manychat, I couldnt because the old account had been deleted.  I am trying to disable the old flow, but I dont seem to be able to do it.

 

I need help please.
