How to Disconnect a Page and Transfer Account Ownership?

Hi everyone,

I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.

The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.

Does anyone know how to:

  1. Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access?

  2. Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement?

Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

Once you’re unable to contact them, you’ll need to contact the Manychat support team to be able to transfer the ownership.

In your situation, you’ll need to provide as much information as possible to prove that the account belongs to you.

    Guys I cannot for the life of me figure out how ti connect my instagram. I have been trying for like 10 hours. It’s an endless loop of logging in, sending some request, not seeing the request, not being able to login where the request might have gone to….it’s the most frustrating experience in the world. I want to be a paid user but can’t setup an account whatsoever. I have looked at all the articles I need support help, but there is no way to contact support.
