Hi everyone,

I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.

The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.

Does anyone know how to:

  1. Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access?

  2. Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement?

Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

Once you’re unable to contact them, you’ll need to contact the Manychat support team to be able to transfer the ownership.

In your situation, you’ll need to provide as much information as possible to prove that the account belongs to you.
