How to format "Actions on successful input" to send an email to the collected address ?

Hello,

Sorry, I am totally new to ManyChat and I can’t find how to send an email after the Email Data Collection is successful.

It only offers a ”Perform Actions” option after "Actions on successful input" but no “Send Email” option in the different actions offered.

My email channel is OK and I have selected the “Save Email to System Field” and “Set Email Opt-In” options.

I have created an email node, and connected it to the “Next step” but it sends the email even if the contact has ended the process filling 3 false emails, so the contact gets the victorious message “the email has been sent”.

Can you help me connecting the send email node to the successful email collention?

    That’s a Manychat “limitation”. But you can easily set an Action step adding a tag and after that (next step) you can add an E-mail step:
