My account was only set up for insta but my ad also shows up on FB and when people comment on FB Manychat won't work. I think may be FB uses Messenger not DM? How do I get it to work on both FB and Insta? Thank you so much in advance!

Hey,
You need to have your FB Messenger channel connected to your Manychat account. Then, you’ll need to create or copy an automation to work with FB channel.
