I just joined manychat to connect to my instagram and it keeps telling me I am already connected ~~ Joyous is already connected to Joyous ~ it says… but cannot figure out how to connect… I do not see anywhere on my IG that it shows connected to manychat and I am so confused.

Hey ​@Rooted.Sky this means that your Instagram/Facebook account is already connected to another Manychat account, so you either get access to that account or you need Manychat’s help to move it over.
