I was not able to publish the above chat flow unless I added “Send Message #2” in there (TEXT + BUTTON).
I want users to arrive, then click the Opt In Box, then goto Message #1.
How can I do that? Now the user has to click too much which in my opinion is not a great user experience.

I think this is happening because with a Facebook Ad you can only have text + buttons or quick replies. Also, in general I would improve your funnel.
In the first message, I would say something like “
Are you ready to settle your debt?
Just one quick steps to get you access 👇
“
And then if they click that button, you say “Okay the only thing you need to do is click on the button below” (the second message). And then you can send them the last message you already have.
Just make it a bit more engaging!
