There is a feature in the settings> live chat behavior where in any user can just close all assigned conversation. How can i restrict this? and is there a log where i can find who closed all assigned conversation? it disrupts our workflow when someone clicks this.

I’d try solving this with user permissions (for example, checking if Live Chat agents can use this, and if not restrict the account level of people who should not do this).
Most likely this is a feature only Admins can trigger.
If not, I suggest you enter this as a feature request or talk to support to see if there’s a workaround.
