Hi, I want to understand if this is possibile.

I want to launch a reel from my Meta Business Manager, but i don’t want to post the reel on my instagram feed. Can I set an automation from manychat linking the reel I am using for my ads without posting it on my feed? If yes, how can i do it?

I want to automate links in DM after someone writes a comment.

Thank you so much for the help anyways

Hi, @Antonio De Martino!

YES! It is possible (with some limitations).

Here you find the step-by-step to implement it: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281321942428-Instagram-Ads-Trigger

PS: at the end of the help article you find all the known limitations. 😉

Hope it help!

The solution you gave is only if someone clicks a button on the ad and goes to a conversation with us in DM
The question is whether it is possible to connect the automation to an ad that is a reel whose trigger is a comment to the ad

Hi, @omeraronovitch! I've tested it a long time ago and it worked only if my Ad is a post/reel. If I create just an Ad (without posting it to my feed) it didn't worked. But I'm not 100% sure if it still works only that way at the moment.
