We are a GmbH, a VAT-registered German company. Manychat has started charging VAT on our subscription. Under current regulations, Manychat, as a company registered in the United States, does not have to charge VAT for B2B transactions.
I have already filled in the company’s VAT ID in the payment settings, but Manychat still continues to charge VAT.
Where exactly can we enable B2B reverse-charge billing and avoid VAT being charged on future invoices?
