Meta doesn’t allow ManyChat (or other companies) to do that because of user privacy.

Mine is doing this now too. Did you ever figure out how to stop it? It also won’t let me set up a “next” reel automation either. 

I received a private message that said Meta is now requiring the ‘Opening DM’ strategy.

Man! Thanks for the reply. I guess it's slowly pushing out and eventually it will affect everyone? Can you set up an automation for a next post or is that gone for you too? 

I’m facing the same issue. I don’t want to send any links as an automated reply to reel comments but just some text like some steps that the user can follow. I can’t see the ‘Instagram comment reply’ button anymore on the app.  I also cannot see the ‘set up campaign’ button. The only automation I have access to on the app is ‘auto dm links from comments’ and even in that option I am unable to send multiple links. 
 

can we have the old interface back please? My work is often on the go and I don’t always have access to my laptop. In addition, finding an old automation and then editing it is just an added hassle. The flow builder on the phone app isn’t very user friendly anyway.

That seems to be a new update from Manychat, but many people had similar problems as you do and it probably will come back at some point.

Current workarounds I found are:

• Using a computer to create the flows (the new option is there, but you still can use the old triggers as well.
• With the Mobile App, duplicating an old flow, touching the tree dot menu and opening it in the flow builder, then you can change the triggers and info.

I know, not the best answer, but until they get the old template back to the app, better pray for some patience.
