My client made a new post, but the automation for instagram comments to reply comment and dm wasn’t set up for that post yet. He got many comments, but none of them received a comment back or a dm. I’d like to kick off the automation manually for the people who never got their DMs for this post - is there a way to do that?
The people who comment from now on will get the DM because the automation is now linked, but the people who commented previously got nothing.
I hope there’s a way to manually kick these off retroactively without needing to do any manual work.

Hey,
There is a way to do so, but you have to follow this sequence.
First, send a manual message through Instagram to every person that commented that never received the automation and wait for their answer. After they reply, go to your Manychat live chat and send them the automation you want to send.
Click on “automation” button and select it to send.
