I have a manychat workflow , where when people comments, a DM is sent to respective accounts. Now the issue is whoever send any message to us in DM, it says ‘we reply typically in one day’. I want to remove that.

This message you’re getting is not a default Manychat message.

So most likely you have either:

  • Another application connected to your IG sending this
  • Or a default response set up in Instagram

Look in the app, Business Manager and other configs to see where that os set up, so you can turn it off.

Also look in Manychat, in Settings > Instagram and look for ‘Default Reply’. I’m pretty confident you won’t find anything there, but just in case make sure. ;)
