how to stop the automation without entering many chat

Before addressing your question... why not let your clients know what tools you are using? 👀

In my humble point of view, if you offer a top-tier service and deliver value to your clients, it shouldn't matter if they know which toolset is used or not. Also, in most cases, clients just want things working and aren't even interested in knowing the exact tools being used.

Now for your question, there are ways to implement something like that, but you would need a whole extra external operation with other automation tools that can also receive outgoing messages via Instagram API connections from each conversation. This way, you could define a specific message or command that your client sends to the contact directly from the native platform (like Instagram), and it would use Manychat's API to trigger an automation to tag the contact and pause your AI bot.

In other words, yes, it is possible, but it gets quite complex. In 99% of cases, it is much better and easier to let your client know which tools you are using. 😅

alright man i think u are right it better to let em know , another thing comes to mind , i still can handle everything in there account even if they have the access and i think i can give them a specific role here in manychat for example an agent box role so they will only have the access to there clients conversation it more easier and better so they wont know anything abt my workflow and they wont cause any problem missing with it 

hi again i have another question man , if i wanted to add a client since manychat doesnt allow to have multiple account under just one , so i should create a whole account for them and then give them the access as an  agentbox role , but how can i do that ? because asking a client for his login information isnt professional in my perspective without talking abt he trust issues that people have these days
