How to switch from annual subscription to monthly subscription before the trial ends ?

You are not charged during the trial, so the clean way to do this is to cancel the annual plan before the trial ends so nothing bills, then start fresh on the monthly Pro plan. If the Manage screen won't let you swap annual to monthly directly, ManyChat support can switch it for you, just message them before your billing date on 22/07 so you don't get hit with the annual charge.

Recently I just get the trial PRO account for 14 days, I realised I opted to go for the PRO version with the yearly subscription. But I only want to subscribe the monthly plan before the trials session ends. 

 

Is there any clue how to switch it to Monthly PRO account ?

Thanks, I had raised the request few days ago , the representative respond to my request through email quite late. I will see if they could not manage to switch for me on time, else, I will turn off the annual plan (trial) and activate the monthly subscription accordingly, hopefully it does not affect my automation.
