Hello,

I’m having trouble with my Instagram account being stuck on a ManyChat workspace that has been permanently banned. Because of that, I can’t connect it to my new account.

I no longer have access to the old workspace, and I’m not requesting any refund or data recovery — I only want to disconnect my Instagram account from the banned workspace so I can use it again with a new one.

I’ve already tried contacting support, but I'm still waiting. If anyone from the support team or the community can guide me, I would really appreciate it.
