I connected my ChatGPT account in Integrations. How can I use it? AI steps don’t show any difference.

Also, what language model is used by those AI steps?

Hello @WildStyle ,

These are two completely different features: the ChatGPT integration and Manychat's AI steps.

The ChatGPT integration allows you to send a message to the AI and receive a response. This setup is not designed to maintain an ongoing conversation with context. Typically, you define a prompt, send the user's message to ChatGPT, and then display the response. This help article from OpenAI provides a step-by-step guide on how to use this integration:

Manychat's AI steps, on the other hand, use their own AI system. The Manychat documentation doesn't specify the exact model being used, but this feature is designed to enable a more natural and contextual conversation with the user. You can learn more in this article:

Thank you for clarifying. Will check out these articles.

How can I at least find out which AI provider is being used? For example, is it self-hosted by ManyChat, or does it use a third-party service like OpenAI, DeepSeek, or something else? This information is important to know due to certain EU regulations, specific type of clients.

@WildStyle , regarding which AI provider is used, unfortunately I don't have that information.
