Hubspot Integration + form submission + adding to crm

When you are using the HubSpot’s integration, you can choose one of the 3 options:

To send the contact from Manychat to HubSpot, you need to use the option “Submit data to a form”.

Then, you’ll be able to choose which form you want to use, and you can search them by name or id:

Connect ManyChat to HubSpot, then use the “Submit data to a form” action inside your flow. Select the HubSpot form, map fields like email and name, and publish the flow. Once a user submits their details, the contact will automatically be created in HubSpot CRM.

If it doesn’t sync, confirm the fields match your HubSpot form and that the integration is authorized.
