I am a paid user on the Pro plan. I can’t switch on trigger for posts, lives

​@APetiquette can you share a screenshot of your exact setup, or the error you're getting?

You probably have something setup wrong in your automation that's stopping you from activating it.

Agter paying and getting the Pro logo for user , the message I got when trying to switch on trigger is : the update for pro version is not available on the App. I will try to send the screen shot
