I’m trying to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat through Meta Business Manager but keep running into issues.
The Page and IG are already linked, but when I go into Business Manager it says I need to log in again to assign permissions. In ManyChat I get the error: “Already connected… request access from the owner.”
It looks like the account is connected, but my role in Business Manager might only be partial access instead of full admin.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Do I need to be upgraded to full admin in the Business Manager, or should I move the assets into my own Business Manager where I already have full control?
ManyChat requires Manage Page + Manage Instagram account + Admin access permissions to establish the API connection
