I can’t change/connect the account.

Hello, I tried to change my Instagram account name and reconnect it, but the account connection isn’t working. How can I resolve this issue?

Hey, ​@FOTRA 

This means that your Instagram account is already connected to another Manychat account.

You’ll need to contact the owner’s account and request to transfer the ownership.

Hello, I have the same problem, however when I give the access via email nothing happens, how can i fix this?

I also have this problem, but I can’t access the old manychat account connected to this anymore because it was a ghost Facebook account that had to get deleted and now I can’t:

 

-Access my old billing

-Disconnect the account so I can reconnect it
