I have shared Live Chat Agent access with my team, but they are still not able to chat directly with contacts on livechat, why?

Same problem here, did you manage to resolve it?

 Precisa ir nessa opção de membros da equipe e editar e no final adicionar a função de vaga de chat ao vivo.

 


If your issue is not resolved, create a rule to assign chat to live chat agent and send a notification to agent via email.
