I’ve setup my account and run through every single AI support option to help. No automations are working no matter how simple. I tried to submit a ticket for support through the AI chat on the essentials plan but it says I can’t contact support through it and it links to an article that says it is the only way to connect with support. Help.

If the AI chat isn't letting you open a ticket, you can try submitting one directly with this form:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=11756694468892
Also, if you've been testing with your own account, keep in mind that depending on the trigger (for example, commenting on a post), the automation won't fire again for the same person. I'd try testing from a different Instagram account and see if it works.
In the meantime, let us know which channel are you using (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) and what kind of trigger are you testing.
