I can't get ManyChat to work

I'm new to ManyChat and I'm having trouble getting my page to respond to user interactions. I've set up conversation starters and buttons, but they aren't appearing. I've also tried setting up welcome messages, but those aren't showing up either. When a user clicks 'Get Started,' my page doesn't respond or provide any information. Can someone please provide me a solution to this issue

Conversation starters, they are excellent icebreakers, but only appears when there is no active conversation between the user and your Instagram.

Regarding the issue about “welcome messages”:

Follow this steps, if the first doesn’t work, go to the second one and so one.

  1. Refresh your permissions: Go to settings → select Messenger channel → scroll down and select “refresh facebook permissions”
  1. Be sure the flow is published.​​​​​​​
  1. Manychat is not owning a conversation on Facebook.
