Also, Manychat has been stopped sending auto messages for my previous posts since a month ago...

Seems more like a technical problem… If it stopped without any changes from your side, better contact Manychat's support to check this...

PS: For comment triggers, every account can only activate 1 trigger per post (even if your automation has different keywords, only the first one commented will be triggered).
