My account gets an error once a week saying I can't see other people's followers. I've talked to Meta about this, but they don't know the reason. Could this be related to Manychat? Are there any people who have experienced this before? There are no restrictions on my account.

This is not because of Manychat usage.
You can see in your screenshot why that is happening: “The account, or activity on it, may deceive others to take their money, property or personal information.”
So, your account is restricted by Meta and you have 29 days left to request a review.
Probably you had some people reporting your content/account to Meta, and they applied the restriction.
In this scenario, your best option is to request a review.
