Hi! How's everyone doing? I created a new flow with the ad click trigger. The flow is set up correctly, my Instagram account is properly linked to Manychat, but I can't select Manychat as a Partner App to choose the flow in my Meta ad. I followed all the steps correctly and it still doesn't show up.

How can I fix this?

Thanks.

A few things to check:

1. Make sure the automation is Set Live in ManyChat. This is the most common cause by far. If the Instagram Ads trigger automation is still a draft, it won't show up in Ads Manager at all. Open it, hit Set Live, then go back to your ad.

2. Campaign objective. The Instagram Ads trigger only works on Traffic, Engagement, or Sales campaigns. If you picked a different objective, ManyChat won't be selectable.

3. Conversion location. It needs to be set to Message destinations or Instagram Direct. If it's on Website, Calls, or "On your ad," the Partner app option won't appear. Your CTA button should be Send Instagram Message.

4. First message rules. The opening message in the flow has to be a single block of text or media with at least one button or quick reply, and no variables (First Name, etc.). If it uses a personalization variable or has no button/quick reply, ManyChat blocks the flow from the ad.

5. Login quirk. If all of the above checks out, try logging into Meta Ads Manager with your Instagram account instead of your Facebook profile. That alone changes which partner apps appear for some accounts.

Start with #1, the "Set Live" step trips up almost everyone.
