Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s follower DM automation. The automation is active, permissions are granted, and the account is properly connected. However, the DM is not being delivered to new followers and the automation is not triggering at all. I’ve already reviewed all settings and connections. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

This beta feature has some limitations due to Meta.
Meta allows only one Follow to DM message per user per week.
