I have the paid version of manychat and I cannot get the most basic automations to fire.
I have connected my instagram and associated facebook page correctly.
I have also deleted the connection, deleted the automatons, tested with multiple
accounts and still nothing.
I've attached pictures of the automations, they're insanely simple.
Can someone help?
