I cant send any messages on Manychat out of nowhere....

I keep getting this message on Manychat and on GHL when I try to send or respond to an instagram DM:

(#2022) The business has been blocked from sending messages via the IG Messaging API

 

Has anyone ever experienced this or know how to fix it??

I also can't even send links from the Instagram app

    @Kade.Anderson18 it seems your account has been blocked by Meta.

    Check if you see any restrictions in Instagram.

    If you don’t see anything, contact support as suggested. You can open at ticket at https://help.manychat.com

    Yeah I think so too @Gustavo Boregio . I have contacted Meta support and they give me no information or help at all. And I also contacted Manychat support and they said it was a meta thing as well. Huge bummer. Not sure how long this will last

    This may give you some hints on what’s going on.

    Everything is in the green besides “going live” on instagram live, but thats been that way for over a month now @Gustavo Boregio . Such a bummer!
