I could not find inbox in ManyChat app nor I could find other channel beside Whatsapp in live chat. I was able to see other channel in web version. The article wrote there is inbox for me to pick different platform (IG, Messenger, Tiktok), however I don’t see any inbox in the app. The live chat channel drop down menu only have open, close, all.
Please help. Thank you
