I could not find inbox in ManyChat app nor I could find other channel beside Whatsapp in live chat

so it does not work for new conversation from different channel since I have not interact with that person before? it is not automated? every chat I have now is from Whatsapp only.
whoever new person text me, I won’t be able to see via ManyChat app?

If that same contact is on more than one channel, you'll see all different channel options for the user.

May I know how to resolve this issue please? There are few unsupported message, especially images message from WhatsApp. Thank you

I’ve noticed the same behavior in the ManyChat app. The app only shows multiple channels for a contact who has already interacted with you on more than one platform. New conversations from different channels won’t appear automatically in the app, so you’ll mainly see WhatsApp until a user interacts elsewhere. For unsupported messages like images from WhatsApp, contacting ManyChat support is the best way to resolve it.
