I Deleted 2 accounts to free up space in my "Pro" account but they wont disappear

I’ve delete two old manychat accounts by they have not been removed from my account so I can’t add a replacement. They are currently showed as greyed out but still on my account, how can I get rid of them completely? I’ve follow the manychat instructions but they appear to be ghost accounts now!
