I use my business instagram account also for personal purposes, as well as getting information from accounts not related to my niche.

I noticed manychat saves as contacts anyone who messages me, including friends and family, but also other business accounts who are not triggering my automations, and even spam bots who message me phishing messages!

I do not want manychat to save these as contacts. I only want saved as contacts people who trigger one of my automations.

How can I make this happen?

With manychat charging per contact, it seems really dishonest to then artificially inflate the contacts list with a bunch of totally irrelevant accounts :(
