Hi everyone,

 

I have an old chatbot that is probably 8 years old. I stopped using facebook but i did not delete the chatbot. I have recently decided to use facebook for work purposes and I realised the chatbot is still active. It doesn’t come in my automation list with messenger.

 

Can someone advise me on what to do

What do you mean by “an old chatbot with 8 years old”? Do you mean your Manychat account?

According to Manychat Terms of Service (https://manychat.com/legal/tos), after 18 months of inactivity, they can close and delete your data.

I don’t know anymore. All I know is if someone messages me on messenger they get an automatic response that I created 8 years ago. I need help or advise on where this automation lives so I can change it

​@AnandD if the automation is triggered by any message that you received, that means you probably have one default reply automation activated.

 

To check that, go to settings → Messenger channel 

 

If it looks like this image, your automation is not triggered by Manychat (probably from another tool), but if appears the automation’s name means that you found it 😄
