I recently made some changes in my meta business portfolio, but I did not expect that was going to damage the connection with manychat.
I have tried to re-connect it multiple times, trough its facebook page, trough instagram, but nothing works.
Manychat says the connection has been done, but I don’t receive any messages in inbox, and none of the automations I have work.
Please if somebody can help me, I’d appreciate it.

- Instagram permissions A quick fix that often helps is refreshing your Instagram permissions in ManyChat.

Just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.
