i just dont get this to work

This service worked quite okay as long as I paid, then I downgraded to the free version, as I was not needing it.

After that, I spent days trying to figure out how to make this work. And it has escalated a set of new problems.

Is there a competitor service for this that makes this service actually fun and easy to use? 

I think if a service needs community help pages and does not allow tickets to direct customer service, it's just not what I expect for a service I pay for. 

Or am I just super old-fashioned?

I am starting to hate this.
