I’m not able to upload PDF files or any other type of file in the WhatsApp automation.

Hi everyone! I need some help with a sudden issue.

I’ve always been able to upload PDF files (and other file types) to my WhatsApp automations on ManyChat but today, I’m getting this error message:

“File type not allowed. You can upload: aac, mpeg, mp3, ogg, mp4, 3gpp, gif.”

I’ve already tried switching browsers, computers, and even internet networks, but the problem persists.

It seems like something changed from yesterday to today. Has anyone else experienced this?
Could it be a temporary bug or a recent update?

Sending PDFs through automations is now working properly again. I just tested it. Please check in your accounts as well to confirm.

Nada ainda já chamei suporte mas sem sucesso. Estou em meio a um lançamento e pagando a plataforma mas sem sucesso.

eles deram essa mesma reposta daqui também, mas solução de verdade nada.
