i need help getting my manychat connected to my facebook ad. anyone can help?!?! can not add manychat as a partner app.

That should work without issues. But if Manychat isn't displayed as partner app in your Ads Manager, it's probably a problem between Manychat and Meta's integration.
Check also if your channel connections were made via Meta Business Suite (instead of just Instagram/ Facebook account connection).
