I have been trying for days to get someone to contact me! I need to enter a online call with a human being so that I can feel comfortable with dealing with manychat!

Thank you for your reply, I have already sent a ticket a few hours ago. no reply yet. My main worry is that there isn’t a 24/7 support system. I am the head of Marketing of a educational institute and I wanted to pitch manychats to my CEO. So I tested first with my personal account. everything was going great until I found out that I cant get quick support from the manychat team, which causes me to have anxiety about trusting manychats with the Company’s Accounts. Please help me get more comfortable with Manychat. We want to join the Elite package and have submitted twice almost a week ago and no email was sent from manychat. I want this to work, and need to enter a online call with a human being representative of Manychat.

Just to share a bit more context: our support team is available 24/7 across all time zones. That said, some questions can take a little longer to resolve, especially during the holiday period, when we’ve seen a higher volume of requests.

Since you’re getting started with Manychat, you might find that many of your questions have already been asked and answered by other users. I definitely recommend making the most of this community by using the search bar to find quick answers and helpful discussions.

Also, don’t forget we have a AI bot that can help guide you to the right resources right away. If the bot is unable to resolve your issue, it will automatically escalate your request to the Support Team.

I’ve had to make a new account to even find someone to help me I’ve just paid 230 quid for many chat pro and now I can’t access my account and I need to use it for my business I’ve just set up for the automation please can someone help as all I’m doing is speaking to robots and it’s pissing me off

Keeps saying access denied when I did what was asked to verify it was me I sent a email they basically said it won’t be replied to speak to someone ( a human in help ) well if I can’t access my account how do I do that so I’ve had to create a new one to try and talk to someone that will actually. Be  to help
