I paid for pro but certain account automation comments, DMs are not working.

I have 4 accounts and one of them, my main account, doesn't have the DM auto-send and auto-reply features working. I watched the troubleshooting video provided by Manichat and deleted cookies, but it didn't work. I understand if the automation doesn't work for all accounts, but I don't understand why only the main account doesn't work. It's been weeks and still no resolution. Please help me
