Hey y’all — I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this 👀
I created a broadcast subscription sequence where users should:

Receive the “Subscribe to updates” prompt

Click to subscribe
-
Then automatically move through the rest of the sequence
Here’s the issue:

The sequence is not completing once someone subscribes
-
Some people (who already follow me or have past DM history) are randomly receiving only the “Subscribe to our updates” message
-
They do not receive the actual subscribe button or the follow-up messages in the sequence
-
As a result, they’re stuck and never enter the full automation
Everything appears to be connected, but parts of it are showing as not connected or not triggering correctly. I’m not sure if this is:

A condition issue
-
A trigger misfire
-
A problem with existing conversations/followers
-
Or something with how the subscription message is set up
I attached screenshots of what I’m seeing on my end.
Any insight on what I should double-check (conditions, entry rules, exclusions, etc.) would be super appreciated 🙏
