I stuck in multiple choice

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie in Many chat. Currently I am planning to run the Health Checkup Promotion Campaign on Facebook so that I want the Facebook users to choose Female or Male option. And I want to save this information to my Google Sheet. So which option do I need to choose? Now I choose Multiple Choice but there is only question Please choose your gender only and not showing the Female and Male. How could I solve this problem? And then after this step, I want the Facebook users to choose their interested package. There will be  3 types of packages. so how to do it.. Thank you for your help

​@Erik you need to use Data Collection and set it to Multiple Choice (just like what you’re doing), and then add the response options with the +Quick Reply button:

    Hello Gustavo Boregio,

     

    Thank you for your answer. I’ve set the flow as you said. However, the issue is: when I preview the flow, only the “Choose Gender” message appears at first. The options for "Female" and "Male" only show up after the user types something. I would prefer the quick reply buttons to appear immediately, without requiring the user to type anything first. Could you please kindly suggest me?

    ​@Erik That’s a glitch… I’d record a loom and open a ticket with Manychat, they should appear right away.

    Also, try with another IG user to see if that works. If could be related to your user account.

    Thank you Gustavo,

    I tried with another Facebook profile. But it doesn’t work. And there is an error when I try  preview in Messenger.

    “Please enter one or more replies for multiple choice user input” although I set two options.

    Could you please kindly check my screenshot to check my flow and detect my mistake?

    Ok, try in the app (Messenger), not in the Manychat preview.

    Manychat’s preview is limited and won’t do all the functions that the app will do.

    To do it, click in ‘Preview > In messengers’
