I’m reaching out because I would like to understand why this message is appearing. I am fairly new to using ManyChat, and I was under the impression that sending DMs to up to 1,000 people per day would be free.

Could you please help me understand what the issue might be?

​@Taeam kim you’re using a feature that’s not available in the free plan.

The free plan is limited to 1000 subscribers, and it also doesn’t have some features (conditions, data collection, limited number of triggers, etc).
