I want to share a frustration that has been building over the past few months while using ManyChat for WhatsApp conversations.
The main issue is that ManyChat’s tracking does not show the source of each conversation. This makes it very difficult to understand where interactions are actually coming from. Even when I use quick replies within ads and connect them to keyword-based flows, the platform still doesn’t indicate whether the user entered through a specific ad or campaign. That lack of visibility is a serious limitation.
I’ve also tried using CTWA, but some messages randomly fail to enter the flow, which makes things even more unreliable.
I’ve seen multiple discussions about this in the community, but no clear or consistent solution so far.
As a bit of a last attempt, has anyone found a reliable workaround or a solution that actually works?
